The popular New England style IPA comes to the MiddleCoast. We used ridiculous amounts of hops, yet brewed it in a way to minimize the bitter. With a new Norwegian Kveik yeast the citrus and tropical fruit flavors of the hops are brought to the forefront, giving the Gitche Gumee a big juicy taste that runs deep.
