The gluten free community is near & dear to our hearts. Several of our staff & family members require a gluten free diet & we love being able to serve them a variety of safe, flavorful options. In the Groove Spoon Kitchen, gluten free isn't a gimmick or just a trend, it is the backbone of our service. We have dedicated workspaces, fryers, ovens, prep tools & color coded systems to ensure your safety. Our servers will bring your meal out separately & with gloves on. Though we take every precaution that we can, we are not a completely gluten free restaurant. Please inform your server if you have Celiac Disease, are highly sensitive, or have an allergy to gluten containing ingredients so that we may take the appropriate steps to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable meal.
