Welcome to Groove Spoon

Groove Spoon Kitchen & Coffee Lounge launched in early 2025 as a full service kitchen, feeding your senses for breakfast, lunch & dinner & handmaking everything with love. We are open daily, with breakfast being served 8:00 am - 2:00 pm & lunch & dinner service starting at 11:00 am. Featuring Groovy Brunch on Sundays, highlighting our famous Bloody Mary Bar , with local musicians playing live from 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. When you are here, you aren't just a customer, you are a guest in our home. Whether it is your first time visiting us, or your 100th, we can't wait to see you.

The gluten free community is near & dear to our hearts. Several of our staff & family members require a gluten free diet & we love being able to serve them a variety of safe, flavorful options. In the Groove Spoon Kitchen, gluten free isn't a gimmick or just a trend, it is the backbone of our service. We have dedicated workspaces, fryers, ovens, prep tools & color coded systems to ensure your safety. Our servers will bring your meal out separately & with gloves on. Though we take every precaution that we can, we are not a completely gluten free restaurant. Please inform your server if you have Celiac Disease, are highly sensitive, or have an allergy to gluten containing ingredients so that we may take the appropriate steps to ensure that you have a safe and enjoyable meal.
